Shipping policy

SHIPPING

In stock orders are shipped in 2-3 business days. Personalized orders are shipped within 4 weeks of order date.

All orders include tracking without signature.  

In stock and personalized combined orders will be shipped out together once the personalized pieces are complete. If you would like to receive your non-personalized items sooner, please place orders separately.

 

*To qualify for free shipping, your order must be $75.00 CAD or more after discounts and promotions are applied.

**International shipping is only valid to select countries at this time. Go to checkout to see if your country is included. 

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for standard shipping packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. 

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Laud + Fawn does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

  

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:

- Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct

- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip

- Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area

- Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it

- Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

 

Laud + Fawn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
