RETURNS
If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
Personalized items, earrings, sale items, and hair accessories are FINAL SALE
Please note, we do not provide return labels. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
Returns are sent to our office in Toronto, ON, Canada. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. No return shipping labels will be provided with your package.
Packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and checked, a refund will be issued to you within 2 weeks.
To initiate your refund, please email info@laudandfawn.com with the subject line" RETURN REQUEST: ORDER #[ORDER NUMBER HERE]". Be sure to include information about your return and attach any relevant photos.
Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all returns are treated the same. Do not return an item unless you have contacted us first.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. The best thing to do is to return the item you do not want (via the instructions above) and place a new order for the correct item.
